Have you thought about how you will enjoy and pres Have you thought about how you will enjoy and preserve your precious wedding images? As we’re heading into autumn my mind is turning towards wedding albums and I’ve been busy over the last few weeks designing beautiful albums for some of my summer clients. I can’t begin to tell you the value of seeing your wedding images in print, especially when designed into a beautiful handmade wedding album. It’s incredibly satisfying for me when couples choose an album as I know the precious images that I’ve created for them will last way beyond my lifetime and will be treasured by generations of that family into the future. I know there are lots of couples who don’t see the point of having an album as they believe that they’ll never look at it. After all, we mainly use our images digitally now don’t we? It goes without saying that you want the digital files, however, as technology moves on so quickly, is online storage really future proof? Haven’t we all dropped our phone down the loo and lost pictures at one point or another, I know I have! The question is, will you or your future generations still be able to view your digital wedding images in 50 years time? A wedding album is an heirloom to be picked up and put down, browsed through, enjoyed and shared with family and friends. Your wedding is the one time you have all the people you love in one place and as memories fade, children grow and loved ones are no longer with us, it’s important to preserve those memories forever. How about gifting each other something very special for Christmas? Or perhaps you have a first anniversary (paper)to celebrate soon?
