Welcome to December! We’ve just had a lovely we Welcome to December! We’ve just had a lovely weekend away with some friends and I’m feeling very festive.⁠ ⁠ Some years ago, I made the decision to only book weddings every other December as I found when I was working I was either missing out on or not being entirely present for all of the fun and festivities with my friends and family. This year is one of my ‘rest’ Decembers!⁠ ⁠ This ‘rest’ also gives me a chance to have a good spring clean of my office and do some archiving and all those very good things that often get missed while you’re busy.⁠ ⁠ While tidying up my archive I found this Christmas picture from way back. I know you should only show more recent work (who said that?) but I love this one and I remember how magnificent the tree was sitting in the gloriously grand Barons Hall at Penshurst Place.
