The Vision

So here’s the final part of my Sprivers Mansion styled wedding shoot and this third part features our lovely couple, Joanna and Andrew Crown. For this part I wanted the emphasis of the shoot to be on a more traditional and attainable style by placing the spotlight on the venue and showing some of the opportunities for beautiful wedding photography that couples can expect at Sprivers Mansion.

The Locations

Once again we made use of the gorgeous stairwell for both bridal and couple shots as well as getting outside into the misty gardens and grounds to create the very autumn feel and look to the shoot that we were after. We even spent some time throwing some dried autumn leaves in the air which wasn’t as easy as it looked! Having staged the ceremony room we had Jo walk along the aisle of candles beneath the ornate chandelier to her groom, it was a very romantic moment and was filmed beautifully by Anneka Ireland. Jo wore her own Paloma Blanca wedding dress for the shoot and she looked stunning!

The deep rich colours of the house really accentuated the ‘late in the year’ look we were after. It’s true to say that you don’t necessarily need summer sunshine to create a magical backdrop for your wedding! Sprivers would be an amazing venue any time of the year, but I think would be very special for an intimate winter wedding.
